Terms of Service
- Payment is via PayPal, Ko-fi or Revolut only.
- For polish customers 1$ = 4pln - If you change your nickname on discord/telegram/or others website, please let me know because otherwise i can't find you and i can't finish commission. - Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. - I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine or NFT is prohibited. - I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. - Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission. - I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do. - Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. - Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit: @Kanapka / @Kanapkozaur - Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. - Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email or DM you full res .png files of the work. One with background, second with transparent. - Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch, lineart, flat color and shading for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to full finish the artwork. - Some corrections I may not accept if they require too much to correct after coloring or shading has started. Alternatively, I can do it for an additional fee. - If you not getting updates for a little while, please message me, i can just forgot or i can't find you in my DMs.
Refunds
- After starting the lineart, you can receive a 50% refund. - Once coloring and shading have begun, refunds are no longer available. - If you receive a refund, you have no rights to the lineart or sketch to use it for your own profit, e.g., to commission another artist rework it according to your own needs. - If I delay in completing your commission, you can ask for something extra from my list or If i don't send updates for long time, don't hesitate to ask me about anything on my commission list for free. (Minimal time 4 months and then feel free to ask)
By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
